You also get preferential treatment when it comes to suggestions, additions, or tweaks to existing scripts. In other words, if you are a subscriber and a script isn't working quite like you want, often it is something we can tweak for you (for free). Otherwise, there is always the option of us doing completely custom work for you. Just contact us for details.

A: If you are downloading a free script, then they are downloaded individually from the page itself. If you are a subscriber, then all the scripts are easily download at once via the subscriber download page. Once you've downloaded a script(s), please visit our installation instructions page.

Q: I am receiving an error when I run a script. What is wrong?
A: Most of the time, the problem is that the library file is not installed or is installed in the wrong place. This step is extremely important! None of our scripts will run without it. Please download and install the library file from this page.
Another possible cause is the change of parameters on an upgraded script. If you recently upgraded a script, we may have added more parameters to make it more flexible and powerful. Simply remove the script from your chart and re-add it. If you have done these steps and are still running into problems, please contact us and we will make sure you get up and running! When you contact us, be sure to give the name of the script, a description of the problem, and the exact error you are getting. You may need to open the "Formula Output Window" in order to see the error. (In eSignal v10, it's Tools > EFS > Formula Output Window. In eSignal v11 it's Tools > Formula Output.)
Q: I have a friend who is wanting to subscribe as well. Do you offer a referral program?
